Welcome to PBS Fitness Studio By Kiran Kotwani (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our fitness programs at our branches located in Jaripatka, Wardhaman Nagar and Dharampeth, Nagpur, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is strictly for women only.
- Members must be 16 years or above (below 18 requires parental consent).
- Accurate personal and health information must be provided during registration.
2. Health Declaration
Members confirm that they are physically fit to participate in workouts.
PBS Fitness Studio is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health complication that may arise during or after workouts if correct information is not disclosed.
Members are advised to consult a doctor before starting any fitness program.
3. Membership Fees & Payments
- All membership fees must be paid in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless mentioned in a specific written offer.
- Any discounts, offers, or promotional packages are time-limited.
4. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and respectful behavior
- Use gym equipment properly
- Follow trainer instructions
- Keep personal belongings safely (management is not responsible for lost items)
5. Timings & Holidays
- Gym timings may change without prior notice.
- The gym may remain closed on public holidays, maintenance days, or special occasions.
6. Suspension or Termination of Membership
Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership in case of:
- Misconduct
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of gym rules
- Misuse of equipment
No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Liability Disclaimer
PBS Fitness Studio By Kiran Kotwani is not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of personal belongings
- Any indirect or incidental damages during gym usage
Members are responsible for their own safety and health.
8. Media & Promotions
The gym may capture photos/videos of workouts, transformations, or events for promotional use.
If a member does not wish to appear in such content, she must inform management in writing.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
