Gym & Crossfit

Power Garba is a fitness workout which is a fusion of Garba and fitness. It is an intense full-body workout set to the steps of the Gujarati folk dance. It acts as an incredible cardio workout. It a healthy form of exercise that boosts muscle development, stamina and flexibility.

Group Fitness

Pilates is a physical fitness system of exercises which intend to strengthen the human mind and body and is practiced worldwide. It aids in increasing flexibility, reduces lower back pain and improves body postures as stretching the body is a vital part of the class.  Pilates taught today is based on six principles.

Spinning Sessions

Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training exercises that also includes some of the rhythmic techniques of Pilates. The exercises include alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer core muscles. Pound fitness includes postures that are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance.


Yoga is a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual practices, exercises and self-development techniques for body, mind and spirit. It comprises of a range of techniques called asanas, controlled breathing, meditation and adoption of specific bodily postures.

Dance Classes

Zumba, an aerobic work out regime features movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance form. Zumba exercises go about as a total body cardio and provide calorie burning benefit. It helps lower the risk of heart disease, reduce the blood pressure and bad cholesterol, and increase your good cholesterol.

PB's Fit Kids

Nutritional snacks are great alternatives for fried, greasy food.  They keep you full, balance blood sugar levels, manage your hunger in between meals and boost overall nutrient intake. Healthy snacking leads to nutrient-dense eating.

About Us

The innovative mind behind the success of PB’s Fitness Studio is Kiran Kotwani. She is a ZIN Member since March 2016 and a fitness trainer and coach with more than 15 certifications and a licensed trainer to teach Zumba, Zumba Kids & Kids Jr. Being a Zumba enthusiast, she believes in making her sessions fun for everyone by giving personal attention to each of her clients. She promises to make every class feels like a party.
